Social Junior Art Director / Motion Designer Beauty ALTERNANCE – Paris

Issu(e) d’une formation en création digital/social et/ou école de publicité avec cursus créatif, le DA/Motion sera intégré au pôle dédié à une grande marque de beauté/luxe pour :

The role

We have a long standing relationship with both clients and are looking for a candidate to join to help the team to drive our creative output forward. The client has placed a lot of confidence in the agency and see us as an extension of their team, so we’re looking for someone who can really get under the skin of the needs of both brands.

 

Strategy

  • Learns about the creation and exposition of great strategy
  • Strives to know the most about the client’s marketplace and competitive set. Is aware of client business objectives and priorities
  • Keeps team up to date with key competitor info & comms
  • Supports the strategist in developing briefs and gets involved in briefing of comms within existing campaigns/templates

The client

In 2020 we successfully secured a place as a roster agency for global FMCG powerhouse Mars – a pitch successfully conducted and won without meeting a single client. We have subsequently successfully set-up digital marketing hubs around different product portfolios for Mars and are now in the process of doing the same for their portfolio of Petcare brands. We are already gaining industry recognition for our ground-breaking work for brands such as Ben’s Original and Wrigleys.

 

The role

We are working closely with the Mars clients to build a digital marketing hub to develop campaigns and programmes for Mars Petcare brands across Europe.

 

The Petcare category is currently enjoying explosive volume growth due to the increase in number of people getting pets in the pandemic; as well as value growth due to product premiumisation. It’s also a category that’s being disrupted by direct-to-consumer brands entering the market, specifically designed to appeal to the new generation of pet parents.

 

We are looking for an overall Strategic lead for the Petcare Digital Hub that will work with the business and content leads to shape the team and offering around the needs of the client, to meet their ambitious marketing and business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Overall strategic lead for Mars Petcare digital activity

• Managing the strategic output of the petcare hub including team management

• Developing roadmaps for specific brands

• Owning the wider digital ecosystem (including digital, social, and email marketing) for each of the brands

• Translating each brand essence into strategies that recruit the right customers, and activate them across paid and owned marketing channels

• Briefing creatives

• To act as the voice of the customer throughout the process

• To have a good understanding of the customer data landscape

• To be able to translate complex ideas into simple stories that can gain buy-in

• To work collaboratively with other T&P colleagues as well as team members from other agencies to act as ‘one team’ in sharing ideas and recommendations with the client

• To ensure there is a robust measurement and KPI framework and process in place

 

Experience

• Experience at a strategy director level being comfortable presenting to senior level clients

• International client experience – developing work that can meet the needs of different consumers in different markets

• Digital creative – turning brand propositions into compelling creative that can flex across different paid / owned / earned channels including CRM

• Content strategy – developing a calendar or programme of activity

• Data literacy – being able to understand how marketing can support a client’s 1st party data strategy with a robust approach to measurement and reporting

• FMCG or direct-to-consumer experience a plus

The&Partnership and client

We have recently started working with one of the largest FMCG groups in the world, Mars. Appointed as Global Tier 2 agency of record for their confectionary brand portfolio and covering all markets across the globe, we will be responsible for content.

 

Content spans all channels and scopes but will focus mainly on Social Content and E-Commerce Content with a view to also expanding into Search & Sites in the not too distant future.

 

Our remit is wide and we will be building dedicated hubs across the world as we deepen the team throughout 2022.

The role

 

As a Senior Content Strategist, you’ll work with an ever-growing team of talented Social Managers, Designers, E-Commerce experts and Media Planners, leading the way and setting the direction. The Opportunity

We are looking for an Account Director to join a specialist CRM and CX team (known as Marketing Automation) that works a key client for the agency – Toyota Motors Europe (TME) – where we are the creative and media agency of record across Europe.

 

The roles are to help the European client deliver and develop best practice marketing automation plus expand the remit strategically and operationally.

 

The role

We have been delivering CRM campaigns for Toyota Europe for the last three years and have an opportunity to develop the team as our remit grows.

 

The client has placed a lot of confidence in the agency team and we are looking for experienced candidates to help guide them on what it takes to deliver best practice in next generation cross-channel CRM.

 

The roles report into a Business Director and are supported by a Account Executive and work alongside our CRM Strategists to help deliver campaigns and support the team establishing working practices, help on-board marketing technology, and deliver best-in-class customer programmes plus grow the account and clients marketing automation capabilities and performance.

 

Key skills would include :

  • Experience of CRM and email best practice and production.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and smoothly – from initial brief to final asset delivery.
  • Organised and methodical with excellent time management skills to manage projects through tight deadlines.
  • Experience of delivering campaigns using a marketing technology / email marketing tool (Salesforce, Adobe, etc).

The role

We are looking for 2x Planning Directors to lead strategy for two big clients, defining and implementing day-to-day strategic process.

 

One role is to work on Natwest Plus, a wealth & affluent business offering and would suit someone with some experience at Director level. The other role would be to run the strategy for our ‘Nucleus’ &Model hub, the dedicated team for Centrica/British Gas.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Leading strategy for the account as a whole
  • Working closely with other management members to deliver a high standard of creative output against key objectives
  • Building a strong working relationship with all clients
  • Forming close working relationships with the strategic leads of client’s partner agencies

 

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience leading strategy on large, complex accounts
  • Experience in line and team management, inspiring and supporting junior team members
  • Must be a strong and rigorous strategic storyteller
  • Interest in projects that may not conventionally fall into the creative agency remit (product / proposition development, internal comms etc)
