The Big Fight for Small Business
Across Canada, small businesses were facing an existential challenge in the wake of COVID-19. How do they stay in business while their customers stay home?
With many small businesses under immense pressure to keep their doors open, Canada Post saw an opportunity to demonstrate their commitment to the segment – in good times and bad. The Think Small program was created and included a series of new offers and incentives to help offset financial burdens, and expert support to help navigate an unfamiliar e-commerce landscape.
We also reminded Canadians that while local businesses had closed their doors, they were still operating behind them. And there’s something we could all do to help – Think Small. It meant buying local, supporting businesses that supported our communities, and taking care of each other. Together, we were in the big fight for small business.
