Toyota Approved Used

We were tasked with creating a campaign to renew and revitalise Toyota’s Used Car programme across Europe, activated by a growing network of over 5.000 retailers. We developed an all-new Visual Identity to be used across every touchpoint of the customer journey, with every asset aligned to a new Toyota Brand graphic launched in 2020.


The campaign was designed to promote the key reasons to buy a used vehicle from Toyota. As Hybrid leaders, it was also especially important to reinforce Toyota’s Hybrid credentials. To demonstrate the unrivalled quality, durability and reliability of Toyota vehicles, our creative positioning was USED NEVER FELT SO NEW.


The campaign was adapted in many countries and across many channels, from social and CRM to POS, digital & OOH.
